Lateral is a small and young organisation which provides a range of services on a tailored solution basis, predominantly serving the Scottish market but with experience and contacts throughout the UK and EU.
Our low-overhead, flexible approach allows us to pull together the precise resources that each client requires, with no cumbersome management structures, no shoe-horning of resources into poorly-fitting roles, and no expense to our clients for people on ‘bench-time’.
We contract to hire only the resources you really need; aim to provide you the best specialist for each role; and promise to only ever charge you for the time that they actually work for you.
All of our contract resources are deeply skilled, highly experienced, independent specialists in the specific field that you require. In all cases, the specialists are known personally to Lateral or our closest, most trusted associates. All are vetted by our own, rigorous, Technical Candidate Assessment Service.
Although a small organisation, we have the flexibility and capacity to scale to required size by pulling on a range of professional associations and business partnerships.
